REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products we sell. Within 30 days of your purchase, you may return unopened product to AudioGeeks for a full refund, exchange, or credit less any shipping costs. Please email support@revoaudio-us.com for an RMA#, then ship the item back to us with the Product Return Form under the link below. Please indicate how you would like us to handle the return (exchange, store credit or refund to your credit card). One return per person is allowed. For allowed opened returns, a store credit will be issued based on the condition of the return.

When returning a product, please make certain to return along with all original packaging and any contents.

Non-defective items that have been opened are subject to a restocking fee (up to 15%).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Promotions: We retain the right to cancel and/or modify promotional offers at any time without prior notice. Return of any qualifying purchase will void the offer and may result in an adjustment of the refund amount to reflect any used portion of the promotional offers value.
